Side by side with Wild Cat. Yellow. Flavor of corny, cereal grain, dough, and a bit of apple. Not much grape in this one. A bit stale really. Plenty of carbonation.

Am I the only member here that realizes that this stuff is just "Wildcat Malt Liquor" made and branded by the same company?

Appearance: Pours a clear, golden body with a small, white head. Smell: Floral hints mixed into some stale, low-sodium chicken broth with a dash of pool water. Taste: Ppale malts and a bit of bored grains sweetened with light corn syrup. Not much hop character beyond some slight floral hints, no real bitterness. Thankfully, it’s not junked up with any overtly chemical flavors. Drying finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Far from good, but that’s never the goal with malt liquors, though I will say it’s far from terrible as well.

Thanks again to Unclemattie! A pale golden color with a faint corn aroma. This one is a bit on the sweet side and rather weak for the style. But with ML you aim for less flavor. Not a bad 40 to pick up for getting krunk and not giving a shit!

Pours a transparent golden with a thin wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt and corn with some light fruity esters. Body starts slightly effervescent and adjuncty sweet before a thinner, slightly more bitter, warming finish. Not bad for a malt liquor I suppose.

24oz can. Clear golden. Full bodied brew with wild hops and lots of malt?... Light bodied and watery. Aroma of clorine. Watered down flavor of sweet malt. Tastes like corn syrup. Could be better, it ain’t no Four-O!

Pours a very light yellow color that is fairly clear – with a small head and some lacing and under carbonated. Smell of bitter hops. First taste is extremely light and very sweet. Almost no hop bitterness present at all. Not worth your time or money as this beer is lacking flavor….oh yeh, missing taste too! <P> This pussy cat needs to be euthanized.

Alright, make it of break it time for this one. Quite the distribution of ratings on this one, from 0.9 to 3.5. Knowing this brewery I have a tendency to believe that his will be closer to the 0.9, but I should not prejudge. Light straw color with a tallish soft peak egg white looking head that diminishes to a thin lid quite quickly. Cream corn, light corn syrup and a touch of light malt in the aromas. Perhaps a touch of floral hops. Quite dry compared to the aromas. Hints of pale malt and a chalky grain. Quite thin and somewhat fizzy in feel. Finish is dry but the linger gets somewhat sweet and sticky. I’ve had much worse ML offerings. Perhaps the fact that it is on the low end of the alcohol scale as far as malt liquors goes saves it.
