COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yeah Brown! Guess what? Brown Malt. Cascade does it. Cascade will always have spot near my heart – over by my liver. This brown was modestly structured to bring roastiness/chocolatism/and coffeeonics into divine harmony and make S&P upgrade the USA’s credit rating. Time will tell.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours brown with a tan head. Taste roasted malt, nutty. I thought this was so so. I would not drink this again, not a fan of brown ales. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A hazy brown pour with an off-white head. The aroma has raisin and molasses with some lightly roasted coffee. It has a medium body with smooth texture and lively carbonation. The taste is mildly sweet with some roasted dark chocolate in the finish.

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a clear cola color with a thin head that hugs the rim. Chestnut and coffee aroma. Chocolate and coffee taste, roasted malt and nuts. Quite good, but not my idea of a brown.

Tap - good size foamy head, dark brown color, nice roasty and nutty malt aroma and flavor, pretty fair hop balance - very good for this style ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The aroma of this beer is a fairly simple yet nice blend of roasted and caramel malts, and the color is a cloudy brown color with a medium off-white head. The taste is very pleasing due to the mild umami, slight sweetness, and touch of sourness, and the palate complements this nicely with the medium body, slick texture, malty finish, and soft carbonation.

Somewhat metallic and tinny. Had this at their tap room in saint Louis Fall 2012. Everything I tasted was good to great.

Draft. Pours a brown, mahogany color with an extremely thin light tan head. Aroma is very nutty, with roasted malts and a mild sweetness. Taste is similar, with a mild nutty sweetness. Light in body for a brown ale, with a lingering roasted flavor. Tasty.
