3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma of rustic farmhouse notes and a touch of floral. Flavour is not far off from a saison, with farmhouse notes, Belgian yeast, and some floral notes. Very light on the palate, with a nice flavour dimension. Very drinkable, though nothing extraordinary.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Rather dark for what I expected. Spicy and piny? aroma. Well bodied and flavoured. A good late winter early spring beer and a worthy addition.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Thanks to jconrick1 for this bottle. Served in a cervoise. Pours a slightly-hazed caramel-bread color with a good white head. Nice retention and good lacing on the way down, along with a thin collar throughout. The nose has a nice initial breadiness plus just a touch of earth. Flavor is similar with some added hop bitterness. A bit of a leafy quality to it. Medium body; a bit chewy. Carbonation is appropriate. Finish is fairly-dry with a bit of alcohol warmth, which is surprising for a 5.3% beer.

Pours golden with foamy off-white head that lasts very well. Aroma of light candy sweetness, pear, apple, some breadiness. Flavour is sweetness with spice and fruit, malt/sweet balanced flavour and light sweetness in the finish, some toastiness to balance. Medium-low carbonation but medium-full mouthfeel
