"A light saison that sat in Pinot Gris barrels for a while. This ends up very wine like, and very reminiscent of a DFH beer. Grapes and spice, tastes a little higher abv than it really is. Pretty nice."

What a lovely farmhouse ale, nice dusty yeast notes that looks good in a glass and a body more reminiscent of a fruity white wine.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Breakside Brewing, pours a hazy, murky golden with a big white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some red wine notes, and farmhouse notes. Flavour is very light, with Belgian yeast, some red wine notes, and some moderate barnyard notes. Light-bodied and pretty lightly flavoured. Nothing special, but easy to drink.
