Tap @ The Tin Bucket... Poured cloudy, pale straw with a thin head. Good clove-like, estery yeast note here. Some lemon zest/citrus, grassy, herbal earthiness with a drying finish. Prominent Belgian yeast ester notes here that gave it more depth for the lower abv.

On tap at Bailey’s, PDX. This is a very hazy yellow shade with a short white head. Elderflower is easy to pick out in the aroma. The taste is dominated by lots of floral and herbal notes, complemented by plenty of lemony citrus. Fairly dry at the finish. Tasty stuff.
