Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy vibrant yellow with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sparse trace on the glass. Smell is slightly rustic and floral with crackers, hay, dry soil, rose petals, white pepper corns, grapefruit rinds and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, tiny bitter and floral with crackers, lemon juice, passion fruits, hibiscus, rose petals, moist hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny bitter and floral with crackers, lemon juie, rose petals, dry soil, hay and lemon zest. mouthfeel is crisp, dry, slightly tart and light boied. finish si sour and tiny bitter with crackers, lmon juice, hibisicus, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Solid floral saison. Simple but refreshing...

75cl bottle from Mother Kelly’s, London. It pours a light golden color with a large white head. Aroma is crispy, lightly perfumy and fruity, with notes of hay, grass, floral, rose water. Taste is mild grains, light peppery yeast, crispy hay and grass, flowery. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, nice saison

Bottle split at the Cotts Convention, thanks to Sarky, 24/01/15. Light pale golden with a big old off white head. Nose is pissoi, straw, citric rind, pale malt, lemon zest. Taste comprises citric peel, light floral intake, straw, earthy, farmy notes, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate saison.

Light golden coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Sweet malts, faint fruity aroma. Flavor starts sweet, yeasty, light astringent, light bitter finish. Harmonic, but no notes of elderflowers and only faint rosehips.

Bottle at the Cotteridge Convention thanks to SarkyNortherner. It pours clear pale gold with a medium white head. The nose is soft, fruity, dough, juicy gooseberry, florals and some lemony citrus. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, doughy, sherbet, white grape, elderflower, gooseberry, wood, pear skin, apple and mild alcohol with a drying finish. Soft, crisp and rather easy-doing.

Flavor is light tart, wheat, spice, pepper, little grass, yeast, fruit, flowers. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, light dry and tart finish. Easy to drink. 310115
