Draft at the brewery Lightly hazed gold with a short white head. Lightly herbal aroma with some subtle dried orange peel and biscuit / cracker pale malt expression. Low sweetness, light herbaceousness (I donít pull sage or tarragon out of it, actually, but there is a general "herb" flavor, albeit quiet). Sourish grains as it opens (but not acidic) with touches of milk / sour cream and moderately strong bitterness later (from hops or herbs or both?). Pasty, chalky and silty yeast which is something that I find in the Commons yeast across a number of their beers.
