On tap at The Commons - Pours bright clear yellow with a white head. The aroma has clean pils malt, richness, bread and some sulfur and grass. It has a medium body that’s a bit rich for the style and light sharp carbonation. The flavor begins with spice, grass and clean pils malt. The finish has sulfur, spice and grassy hoppiness. Simple and nice pils.

On tap at Lardo East in Portland,OR. Colour...very light golden straw with no head. Nose...lightly hoppy with biscuit dough and crackers. Palate...quite a frothy wave to start then husky, grassy hops and fair amount of bitterness. There’s a somewhat coating feel here but it is not cloying by any means. There’s honey and some lemon zest on the finish and its all quite delightful!
