On tap at The Commons. Colour...deep golden yellow with a thick white head. Nose...fruity and spicy with peach compote and apricot fruit leather. Palate...lightly tangy and delicately frothy with lemon curd and lemon pulp and hit of classic Gatorade. The mid palate is dry and still citrusy, as is the finish, though the finish has hints of dry earth.
