Draft at Les Caves, Corvallis. Pours a clear yet dark golden amber, lots of off white head. Slight coriander, not that much. Body lively, space comes through in finish. Nice but far from Commons’ best.

On tap at the brewery. Clear yellow pour white head. Light lemon aromas. The taste follows suit with hints of coriander. Interesting with a good body and mouthfeel.

On tap at The Commons. Colour...deep golden yellow with a thick white head. Nose...fruity and spicy with peach compote and apricot fruit leather. Palate...lightly tangy and delicately frothy with lemon curd and lemon pulp and hit of classic Gatorade. The mid palate is dry and still citrusy, as is the finish, though the finish has hints of dry earth.

On tap at The Commons - Pours dull orange with some haze and a small off-white head. The aroma has funky saison earthiness, coriander, mild toast and rusticness. It has a medium / light body and fairly soft carbonation. The flavor begins with huskiness, earth, coriander, mild hoppiness and light toast. The finish has a mineral aspect as well as a touch more hops. Really nice.

A: Cloudy yellow w/ a thin white head.
N: Yeast, grass,gum, straw, clove, earth, lime, esters, and coriander. Minerality.
T: Quite earthy, biscuit sweetness.
M: Light and a bit mealy.
O: Big yeasty beer that drinks larger than its ABV.

A- pours a lightly hazy golden straw with a thin white head. Significant lacing. S- lemon zest , orange blossoms, coriander, cloves, rose petals, ginger ale, grapefruit, grass and soap. Some mild simple green. M- light tacky body with a light palate and mild burn. Relatively carbonation. T- lemon tea, and grass are up front. Grapefruit, coriander and floral notes in the middle. Sour dough. Brett. Some light cloves and pepper towards the clean and quick end with more lemon, grass and soap. Some light lager skunk throughout.

translucent gold, thin white cap with ring, dank grass and pine nose, light dough. Light coin and dough at front, grassy orange hints mid before a chalky finish bring a lot of grain and moderate esters, sweet bubblegum winning above others.

On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear golden amber with a small lingering amber head. aromas of straw, barnyard, funk, lemon zest and yeast. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, barnyard funk, light citrus and a hint of spice with a smooth dry lingering funky finish.

On draught at Pdx farmhouse and wild ale festival - pours cloudy golden with small head. Nose of grass, coriander, and floral components. taste of bitter grass, grain, coriander. Not getting much of the hop.

On tap at ABV. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A dry yeasty and fruity nose. A very nice mellow Saison with loads of flavor: yeast, dust, more robust oranges, flesh vinous flavors, apricot. Good. Great palate.
