COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light colored, full bodied saison. The spicing and fruit additions should be refreshing and be indicative of Vietnamese cooking.

draft.
adjuncts seem appropriatly backgrounded.
tropical / sweet lime and lemongrass are the most prominent.
frothy, full texture; light bodied.
light lime juice / acid.
fruit esters fairly strong but mango is indeterminable.
quite good for having so many unnecessary additions.

This Saison has a good Belgian character to the yeast, a nice zing of lemon up front and a pleasant wheat tone in the finish. Lacking a bit of that usual Saison flavor but this is a great and refreshing summer beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Boring beer with none of the flavors that it advertised. Just a watery standard saison with cloves and bananas and not much depth of flavor.

poured from tap. Pours a nice medium orange color with a foamy head. Very good and aromatic aromas of citrus, lemongrass, and pears with a slight touch of spice tones as well. On the more crisp side than creamy with a lighter feel and flavors of spice, lemongrass and citrus’. No real mid on this to speak of though This is a real nice sipping saison. Lacks some depth, but it certainly wouldn’t be turned away if offered.

A very simple beer not much aroma or yeast flavor. The beer is a little under carbonated, might be the end of the keg. Needs more yeast aroma and flavor.

Tap @ Portland Fruit Beer Fest... Pale golden with a white head. Dry and nice yeast spice. Overall, quite clean. More spiced meshed with herbal tones, Asian cuisine-like spices, tea, and light fruits. Light bodied and quite quenching.
