Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy vibrant yellow with a frothy and fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is slightly rustic with crackers, hay, dry soil, minerals, white pepper corns and lemon peal. Taste is very tiny sweet, slightly bitter, tiny sour, tiny estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, green banana, minerals, white pepper corns and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is slightly round, sparkling, champagne-like, slightly dry, very tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly bitter and tiny sour with crackers, hay, dry soil, pear skins, minerals and lemon peal. Solid simple thirst-quencher. Enjoyable...

Hazy golden with a disappearing white head. Fruity aroma, mostly tropical, spicy notes of coriander and clove, and some herbal and grassy hop notes. Sweet malty, fruity and spicy flavour, with grassy hops and a rather bitter finish. Very classic, but a little sweet, plus, equally good Belgian saison is cheaper in Denmark

On tap at the brewpub - Pours clear yellow with a white head. It has a light crisp body with mild carbonation. The beer has pils malt, Belgian abbey yeast, spice, some grass and is very snappy. The finish has spice, light dough and is very clean. Quite nice.

750 ml bottle from Beer Authority.

Lighter yellow pour, white head. Dusty nose, a bit of pepper, dry hay. Flavor is quite dry, phenols forward, modest fruity esters but not much in the way of funk. It’s alright, but only just.
