3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap at the pub. Clear orange appearance with a slight white head. Bitter hops on the nose. Slightly nutty and grassy. Perfumed wheat comes through, probably resulting from the hops. Taste is of protein salt and hops. Bitter feelings remain through the finish. Not bad, but the 7.8% sneaks up on you REAL fast. The ABV maintains a strong body. Not my favorite style, but for what it is, itís enjoyable. Now to polish off my weekly growler...
