3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a copper color with little off white colored head. Nose is very malty lots of sweet goodness. Taste is a bit bitter to start, must be a lot more hops than I expected but it mellows off into a bit of sweet malt with the finish being kind of dry. Nothing too special, too much hops for a brown ale in my opinion

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark brown pour with a small tan head. Aromas of malt and citrus/floral hops. Flavor is malty with some biscuit notes trying to come through but are almost drowned out by the hop character. Good brew, back off on the hops just a bit and it would be exceptional.

Pours a dark brown. Has a brown sugar and cocoa aroma. Taste starts strong with brown sugar and some roast that leaves a lingering bitter taste in the back of your mouth.

Sweet roasted malt, nutty aroma. A bit dull smelling. Very nutty, roasted malt, some coffee especially on the back end. Pretty straightforward but good. Thanks for sharing JB.
