The Duck-Rabbit Märzen is the lightest of our Germal-style lagers. This is a beer designed for outdoor autumn festivals! Soft malt flavors take center stage here. This one is subtle and beguiling.

Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, bread, caramel, nutty, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, bread, caramel, ripped berry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
