3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a transparent copper amber with a spotty-lacing froth of off-white head. Has a semi-sweet toasty German malty nose with some noble hops and a hint of lemon tartness. Starts with pretty good fullness and some authentic grainy German malty sweetness with a nice balance of noble hoppy bitterness before a crisp, clean finish. Pretty true to style and quite drinkable.
