On tap at CBC 2012. Beer in the glass light yellow, nice head. Fruity sourish aroma. Reminds me of kefir. Starts struity-sour, quite dry, some salty hints. Finish with fruity notes of lemon. Okay, but not overwhelming.

On tap Copenhagen Beer Celebration. A hazy dishwasher colored thing with a massive near everlasting dense white head. Aroma has crazy gooseberries, lots of herbs, wheat and spices. Strange and really different flavors! Light sour and tart, berries with hay and wheat. It’s average carbonated it and has a thin oily texture. Lots of sour leafs in the flavor, but the main ingredient here is grapefruit ice cream! That’s! Taste like grapefruit ice cream! Really refreshing and quite good. 12.05.2012

Growler… Berliner Bash on the Bay 2012… Lightly hazed, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. For the most part, the aroma furnishes interwoven notes of bread dough and caraway seed.
