Tap. Pours lightly hazy pale yellow with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is latex and funky lacto with light wheat malt and citrus hops. Flavor is lacto and lemon with wheat malt and a dry finish. Light body and warmth, medium carbonation.

murky gold, large bubbled lasting puffy white head. Nose is too phenolic, light band aid, lactic with considerable lemon, light grain bitterness. Flavor is similar, yeast too prominent at front, blocking lactic which emerges mid amidst very faint nail polish, grain and light citrus in finish, low milk. A bit dusty and effervescent through the end, more dry less juicy than hoped.

draft at Farmers Cabinet, Phily, beautiful BW pour of pale straw with white head. somewhat earthy, light peat. somehat strange taste for a Berliner Weiss, little to no tartness or acidity

Lively has golden light color w no head, nice lacing... Distinct apple aroma, I almost get a note of whiskey/bourbon, light aroma, decent... Apple very lightly tart, light vanilla notes, mildly sweet, doesnít have the tartness of a berlinerweisse that I would expect.... Light bodied....
