murky gold, large bubbled lasting puffy white head. Nose is too phenolic, light band aid, lactic with considerable lemon, light grain bitterness. Flavor is similar, yeast too prominent at front, blocking lactic which emerges mid amidst very faint nail polish, grain and light citrus in finish, low milk. A bit dusty and effervescent through the end, more dry less juicy than hoped.

Lively has golden light color w no head, nice lacing... Distinct apple aroma, I almost get a note of whiskey/bourbon, light aroma, decent... Apple very lightly tart, light vanilla notes, mildly sweet, doesn’t have the tartness of a berlinerweisse that I would expect.... Light bodied....
