Draft at Farmersí Cabinet. Pours a hazy golden straw color with a one finger white foam head that quickly settles into thin ring. †Spotty lacing left behind. Slightly funky, earthy aroma with †musty farmhouse yeast, grass, straw and citrus fruit. †Strong lemon peel/citrus presence with a touch of sourdough bread. Medium bodied with tart, puckering mouthfeel thatís pleasantly sour without being acidic/acetic. †Funky with some musty brett and lactic funk. †Wheat elements noticeable with zesty spice, bread and crisp, sweet citrus. †Lots of lemon zest giving off equal parts spice and sweetness. †Crisp but dry and lightly sour. †Lingering sourness with subtle vibegar in finish. †Really well balanced and extremely quaffable. †

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2012 Keg at the Craft Beer Co. Pours a clear pale straw yellow colour with a huge soapy white head. Aroma is sour and funky, super fruity. Tons of lemon zast and apricots. Taste is similar, very acidic. Lactic acid, peaches, tons of apricots and grapfruits. Lemony tartness again. Body is thin-ish with huge carbonation. Overall, OMG, oustanding.

Tap at Farmers in Alexandria VA with the brewers. Brilliant white SRM with acid cut foam. Awesome tropical dry hop nose with fresh limeade and strawberry daiquiri. Great nose. Taste is excellent- clean and quenching with full lactic sourness. Amazing session able. Could easily drink a pitcher of this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Farmerís Cabinet with friends. Pours a clear straw yellow with no head. Aroma is just like slightly old peaches that have been left out. Taste is nice and crisp, mildly fruity, and very dry. I thought it was a lower alcohol percentage than it is. but itís still very refreshing.

Tap @ CBC, courtesy of Terry. Pours the same color as citrus juice, small white head. Aroma is full of pungent grape fruit, lemon juice, green apples, lime, tropical fruit juice, pineapple - amazing! A bit of lactic yoghury notes, but the fruitiness steals the spotlight. Taste opens with huge passion fruit and peach - pineapple and lime. Amazig fruitiness. Nice tartness similar to passion fruit, and a bit of lacto acidity. So well balanced. A bit of mineral saltiness in the finish. Drinks pretty fucken good.

Sample @ Cbc. Pours light yellow, almost green, with a white head. Elderberries and vinegar notes in aroma. Very sour with notes of elderberries and pear. Dry finish that reminds me of currant seeds. Refreshing.

Draught at CBC. Pale yellow, slightly cloudy. Amazingly tart and refreshing with nice citrus notes. Really full-bodied despite its low ABV. The biggest (positive) surprise of the festival.

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours very light straw yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is lemon, white grape, grapefruit, vinous and elderflower. The taste is lemon, puckering tartness, grapefruit, green apple, floral and white grape, with a lightly tart finish. Light body, prickly carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Fresh and tasty. Very well balanced and massively drinkable.
