2.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask, almost no smell. Veggies, interesting. Pale in almost everything else. Little butterscotch, reminded me of spinach

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask at the brewpub. Hazy pale gold pour with bubbly white head. Aroma is light, grainy, light grassy aromas, light vegetal notes. Taste is grainy, mild, honey and oat sweetness, a fair bit of oatmeal character. Palate is light, silky bodied, decent carbonation, not poorly served cask. A bit bland is all.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Cask at the brewpub, 4.5% ABV
Golden color with creamy head. Light and unoffensive beer, with a mild aroma and flavor of cereals, and a quite smooth mouthfeel; in the final there are traces of yeast and it gets a bit metallic; ordinary bitterness.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Very cloudy, grey-ish color. No head. Like watered down oatmeal porridge. Tastes about the same, with horrible cheese notes, and a touch of hops. Mouth is thin, very watery. Didn’t like this at all.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Hazy murky gold with an off-white, thin, lacy, hazy head. Smells of faint citrus, stale malt, straw and soap. Thin, light watered down body like most of Fiddlers drinks. No carbonation. Faint sweetness of malt with a lemon, grain bitter finish. Yeast taste lingers. It’s obviously kept in poor conditions as most of Fidder’s beers taste off. It’s not very enjoyable

Cask @ The Fiddler, half pint. Blonde. Soft citric hops in the aroma. Firm grassy citric hopbitter flavor. Biscuity notes, but with a firm bitter aftertaste that lasts. Low on carbon. Not bad.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(Cask at The Fiddler, Den Haag, 21 Feb 2013) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with biscuits, toast and hints of diacetyl. Fruity, malty taste with notes of peaches, bread, grass and a gentle citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. There are hints of diacetyl lurking in the background so I’m not so sure about this one. Drinkable, but hardly impressive.
