Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity aroma of lemon peel, some banana and clove. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and a little fruity taste of banana, lemon peel and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Just okay.

(The Fiddler Fuzzy Bear) Cask at The Fiddler, full pint. Golden orange colour on the body, , clear, with a small off-white thin head on top, with average retention. Aroma has light malts, caramel, nuts, a bit faint though. Taste also of malts, caramel, hops, grass, nuts. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Nice, first beer of the day, hit the spot.

Cask at the Fidler, Den Hague, 26/09/15. Clear golden blonde with a moderate off White covering. Nose is lemon rind, straw, toasted bread, herbal notes. Taste comprises bitter citric peel, straw, light yeast, bready, floral. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Yawn ... delivers so little for the ABV.

Cask at the brewpub. Translucent light golden coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is light orange rind, coriander seed, semi sweet malts. Flavour is composed of of so sweet base grains, light Belgium yeast character, firm slightly tough hop bitterness, orange and little grain husks. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, spritzy. OK.

Sampler at The Fiddler brewpub Den Haag. Gold haze. No idea what this is a Belgian blonde I guess . Nope not for me. Some peach.

Cask taster @ The Fiddler Brewpub. Part of their Beer Flight. Shot glass sized. Hazy orange, zero head. Very little smell, light sweet orange. Taste is sweet butter, oily, cooked cabbage & apple juice. Oily body & carbonation is like soda that has been left open. Tried 7 of their beers, I don’t believe that these people should be releasing beers as poor as this but they had plenty of people drinking ½ & full pints of them at the Brewpub so what do I know?

On draft at The Fiddler, Den Haag. Hazy golden colored, small white head. Spicy and yeasty nose, malts, fruity. Sweet and fruity flavor, spices, little bit of hop. Definitely more Belgian instead of British styled. And the best of the ones i’ve tried on tap actually. Would drink again.
