Cask at the brewpub. Hazy dark orange color, small to medium sized tan head. Smell and taste malts, some caramel, a hint of red fruit, slightly bitter. Medium carbonation, medium body and a bit sticky texture.

Cask @ fiddler. Aroma is caramel, slight roast, some spices. Flavour is subtle sweet of malts with caramel, some red fruits, nice one.

Tap sampler at the Fiddler brewpub. Slightly hazy reddish brown colour, no head. Aroma of alcohol, jenever, sweet fruity malts, caramel. Flavour is sweet, malty, alcoholic, fruity, berries, bittersweet finish. Medium-bodied. OK.

Pint at the brewpub. Thin white head. Poor carbonation. Hazy amber pour.. not a great bock,

On tap in the Fiddler, Poured a murky brown, aroma of berry fruit. Medium body, flavour of raspberry and cherry. Not really like a bock.

Draft @ The Fiddlers. Light brown color, small tanned head. Aroma has light malts and nothing else. Flavor has little sweetness and molasses. Bit watery palate, not much special.

Draft at the brewpub. Brownish red pour with a glass hugging head. Farmyard aroma! Bitter malty taste that hit the palate right away. Perhaps the best beer so far from the Fiddler. Very drinkable.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours murk brown with a tan head. Aroma of citrus, light malt and some floral aspects, this is not like a normal bock.. Flavour is Light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter.edium bodied with soft light prickly carbonation. Some alcohol evident.
