COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is red as red should be, it is ale as ale should be. Colourful in flavour, easy and outgoing. That is the perfect description of our beloved Redhead. But be careful! You might fall in love with her. And Redhead is not easy to refuse.

Cask at the Fiddler. Clear Amber with tiny white head. Sweet malts, licorice, light spicy yeast, caramel. Quite dry feel with low carbonation. Ok, nice complexity here but a bit flat and slightly musty.

From tap tasted on 17/05/2014. Typical red/amber colour with a little, almost inexistent, head. Medium bodied. A little acid. Sweet malt. Tasting this beer is a good form to miss Ireland. Next one please!

Typical red. Same hops as the others maybe? Good to drink but it is not a grower.

Cask at the brewpub. Pale amber pour with cask head. Malty aroma, fruity, light caramel. Taste is quite watery, very light, sweet, very boring. Palate is light and watery. Quite uninteresting.

Cask at the brewpub
Hazy amber color with creamy head. Immediate smell of yeast. Nothing compared to the strong baker’s yeast flavor; it’s medium-smooth in the front, a bit astringent in the final; it has very light malt flavor, and light sweetness; rather low bitterness. Not a Bitter.
A mess that should not be on sale.
