COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American pale, UK crystal, amber, and brown malts. Fuggles hops. Higher finishing gravity gives body and sweetness to this mild ale.

Draft sample at FS. Poured a clear dark ruby brown color with an average frothy light brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate toasted sweet malt and hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Solid toasted sweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good complex brew.

Draft at The Filling Station, Traverse City. Deep red-brown body, thin cream/tan head. Lots of cocoa in the nose, sweet and toasty. Dry, cocoa body, similar to the stout but maybe a tad lighter (I sampled two pours and both were the same).
