The Granary Brown Ale

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our biggest offering, weighing in at 7% ABV, our brown ale is a malty, hoppy union. Caramelized brown sugar is added during the brewing process which adds to the robust malt flavors of caramel, bittersweet chocolate, and coffee that dominate the taste profile. Earthy hops assert themselves and arrive at a perfect balance with the malt sweetness. The body is medium to keep this beer very drinkable and the aroma is of cocoa and caramel with a hint of sweetness.

Our Brown Ale marries perfectly with our smokey meats and for a twist try it with some of our Southern desserts.
