COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An off dry Melomel - much dryer than our other Melomel collection wines. This is a very smooth, light wine perfect for pairing with grilled fish, chicken and vegetables. A light strawberry fragrance with a slight clover back note draws you into this wine. The very light strawberry front flavor with a soft under note of the clover and sage honey.

Bottle from the meadery. Pours a clear yellow color. A light nose of clove and honey. The flavor is a somewhat inharmonious mix: fruit, sweetness, comes in as a solid strawberry when pondered a bit, big spiciness, earthy, raw, not a lot of sticky sugary honey. Leaves with a blast of herbs that is almost akin to sulfur. Decent. Needs way more oomph.
