COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Maris Otter Pale Malt and Caramalt provide a rich malty base. Goldings hops contribute a soft rounded bitterness as a counterpoint to the citrus and tropical flavours of Motueka Hops.

(Cask at Craft Clapham, London, 12 Apr 2014) Pale amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, citrus and a soft malt character. Bottled, 500ml from S.H Jones, Banbury. Gold with white head. Initially this was a fairly sweetish beer, there is a light maltiness, a slight grainy note, some sweet fruitiness, melon, pineapple. The hop is at a pretty low level but does balance it a little. Overall quite reasonable.
