Backlog rating. Keg at the brewery tap room. It pours a hazy pale straw color with the tiniest white head. Aroma is oaky, grassy, citrusy, doughy, yeasty, winey, mild. Taste is a bland blend of oak, white wine, grass, citrus peel, bread dough, peppery spices, cognac. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, decently tasty but another BA beer from Kernel which could use more body and character

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Traded for a big bag of wild garlic. Cloudy, straw colour. Thin, lasting, white head. Lemon. White pepper. Lightest hint of wood. Taste is dry. Light tartness. Fresh, lively palate. Dry, lemon pith on the finish.

Bottle. Slightly hazy light gold, small head. The aroma’s herbs, wood, lemo. Sherbet. Light tangy summer fruit flavors. More lemon and herbs. Light body, soft carbonation. Pleasant.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2014 Bottle at home in London. Picked up at the brewery. Pours clear, very light yellow, mildly effervescent with a mellow, creamy white head. Lovely nose, lots of tangy lemon, some white grape. Light sweet flavor with a bit of woody bitterness, lightly juicy lemon, some straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Very clean finish, restrained lemony tang, faint funky sweat, very slight grass, hay. Quite delicate. Super drinkable.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Pierre. BB 12/06/2014.

On tap at BeerTemple. All the stats for this entry match the beer I had, but not the ratings! Hazy, murky gold pour with lacy white head. Aroma is surprisingly hoppy, very lemony, very light plain yoghurt notes, lots and lots of citrus, very grapferuit-y, light soapy hop aroma, very light pine, bready. Taste is hoppy, lemony, very light tartness, bready malt, very tame bitter finish (retro). Palate is light with light carbonation, drinks like hop lemonade. Soooo drinkable.

Draft @ Borefts. Aroma has lacto, wheat, some malty notes. Flavour is dry and watery fruity lacto with some barrel, smooth sourness. Nice.
