3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @ Borefts 2013. It does literally look like the dishwater after a meal for 5. pale grumsy and almost a bit lemonade like there its floating in the glass and it has a small sidestickibg and islandy white top. The nose has a really strange odor. Iím having a hard time identifying what Iím smelling here. Could it be that juice thatís left in the can after emptying a can of chick peas? I actually think so. That combined with lemons, grains, and flour? I donít know! Think I kinda like it but Iím really not sure. I do like the sourness in the taste though. This has to be an Berliner weisse. A really gentle and soft sourness, lemons and line juices. Also a soft not to overdone graininess and there is the same kind of sourness you get in rhubarb. Surprisingly enjoyable this. Something I most definitely could drink quite a lot of. 27.09.2013

Hazy pale yellow colour, reminding of pear juice, white head. Aroma of apple, quite sour, citrus. Sour flavour, citrus, granny smith apples. Sour apple finish, lemon, hint of honey. Nice (but I prefered the raspberry one).

Tap at Borefts í13
Pale yellow colour on the body with a tall white head, froathy with average retention.. Almost no lacing left on the glass.
Weird aroma, wheat, citrus fruits, glue, plastic.
Nice taste though, sour and quite acidic with citus and a bit of honey.
Medium thin body, low carbonation. Tart on the palate.
Overall very interestin beer. It left me with a good impression, except for the aroma of course.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Doesnít really taste like a beer, more like a cross between a beer and a honied, citrusy cider. Still, on a warm day like it was at BBF 2013, it was pretty nice.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
27th September 2013
Borefts 5, Day 1. Very hazy, almost cloudy, pale gold beer. No real head. Palate is light and crisp and dry. Light lemony sourness. A whisper of sweetness underneath. Dry crisp finish. Something of a fresh air beer this, inoffensive.
