When you taste a Porter, then a sour note will directly pop up on your tongue as you won’t expect to find it here. For the rest, it’s the Porter you are looking for: dry and sticky, oily texture, heavy body, coffee and roast flavours and a firmly dry finish.
This porter has all the components you need to have for this style. And more… a sour note that I wouldn’t expect to find here. The brew is sturdy but not refined.
