Bottled at "BrewDog Camden" - London . Black deep color, good nut head of long duration. Very cooffe and bitter aroma, braced malt and cereals notes. Powerfull and solid mouth, medium smooth and realy bitter final of long duration.

Bottle, courtesy of winning a bet with StoreMy; cheers mate. ;-) Pours a pitch black body with a large, long-lasting creamy khaki-colored head. Nose is smooth licorice and light chocolate tones with hints of salmiac and bread in the back. Taste is salty licorice, mild filter coffee, dark chocolate, herbs and hints of espresso and molasses. Thick, velvety mouthfeel, smooth carbonation. Nothing extraordinary is going on here, except that is most certainly is a real pleasure drinking this beer, and that it is one helluva solid piece of brewing. And that is actually a bit extraordinary, in some ways.

Dark brown/black, with a thin tan coloured head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, caramel. Taste is big, heavy malt bitterness, with a light hoppy afterkick, but a long coffee/bitter finish. Texture is pleasingly oily with a nice bit of fizz to go with it. Very easy to drink, especially for a heavy stout.

Cerveza stout, totalmente negra con una ligera capa de espuma. Muy buen sabor, con un ligero toque a café (muy ligero). Mi stout preferida.

Chopp. Pitch black colour, nice medium dark brown creamy head, steady. Very pleasant aroma of well roasted malt, chocolate and some coffee too. Good filling mouthfeel. Lovely roasted maltiness in the flavour along with chocolate, some coffee and dark fruit. Well lasting nice roasty malty chocolate finish. Sweet like. Very pleasant brew.

Pours with thin tan head, spicy alcohol aroma which suggests it ABV. More porter like than stout is fairly thin bodied for the style. Darky malty grain dominate hops. Definitely one for a cold night and one bottle only.

13-APR-2013, bottle @home, from Mikkeller & Friends. Black with high brown head. Aroma is hard roasted with coffee. Taste the same with also a milk chokolate character. Some hops as well. Above average body and medium carbonation. Very fine drink. Somewhat porter-like.

Tap. Pours pitch black with a medium sized, tan head with a nice lacing.. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee and licorice. Sweet flavor that ends up with some malt bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture and soft CO2. A very enjoyable stout. ★★★★

Draught. Pours black with a lasting and good lacing creamy light brown head. Aroma is coffee, hard roasted malt, burnt malt, licorice, berrylike sweetness,cocoa and milk chocolate. Taste is light+ sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Body is medium, texture is creamy and oily, carbonation is moderate. Finishes dry and light astringent with hard roasted malt, alcohol licorice and coffee.
