Oh boy. This is good. Saved bottle from while back cause it was just too tasty. Not had another BIPA like it. No coins. No coins. Just full thick standard BIPA flavours without the tuppence. All good smooth tasty.

Expired bottle (bb09.03.13) Deep brown with a slightly tan head. Pine and resinous aroma along with roasted malts. A rather harsh flavour is obscuring what has propably been an awesome brew, but the age has taken its toll on this one, and I can only curse myself for not drinking it earlier. Still has decent bitterness and some pine/resin. Medium to medium-pluss body and soft carbonation.

deeep dark brown pour retains a thin tan head subtle aroma of tropical fruits with dark roasted malts lingering in the background. loads of flavours, coffee, choc, lemon, lime, crushed overripe strawberry, a little licorice and a slight burnt charcoal. amazing mouthfeel. silky smooth. very bitter and hoppy finsh.

Bottle at home. Red-black, with thin off-white head. Lovely nose, honey, melon and pineapple, possibly also even caramel. Very interesting flavours, like a hoppy porter, with honey and floral hop flavours balanced against a dry, bitter coffee finish, with a touch of oatmeal. Very nice indeed.

Nice lemon aroma with a hint of espresso . The colour black with a yeast haze . Very dormant flavour of citra hops , but balanced roast malt flavour , perhaps a hint of vanilla in the background .
