Bottle from the Brewery shared at the folks, London - Fuzzy golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is sweet fruity and light malty, light caramel, nice hoppy action, piney herbal hoppy notes into the finish. Gorgeous.

Bottled October 2015, 6.7 ABV. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is peaches, citrus. Taste is sweet peaches, some cat piss, some residual sweetness, bittersweet finish. Feels a bit heavy for the ABV. It?s good though, it has a little kick.

Keg @Craft Brew Co, Clerkenwell. Pours golden, ever-so-slightly hazy white head. Nose is slight wood, big pineapple, big grapefruit. Taste has a touch of orange sweetness at first but then goes into an excellent lingering grapefruit finish, really nice, on eof my favourite kernel’s for sometime.

Draught @ Craft beer co. Covent Garden. Slightly unclear yellow golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is super hoppy, fruity, fruit hops. Taste lightly malts, hops, fruit hops, medium to firm a bit fruity bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice!

Bottle. Tall Boys, Leeds. Dirty, dark gold, especially after I inadvertently pitched in all the lumps. Kernel headness. Fusty orange. Fruit gums. Sherbet, according to the missus. Some dank, resinous notes. Taste is sawn wood, resinous bitter. Malty sweetness. Tad of spice, almost. Soft chew. Nicely drinkable. Long, bitter finish, with a hint of toothache sweetness.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy dirty amber pour with a thin bubbly white head, aroma has lime and dank pine, taste has light tangerine, peach, biscuit, not massive tropicals, but pleasant.

hackobock (2423) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 1, 2015
November 1, 2015. Bottle from the brewery, bottled october 7, 2015.
Cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity with peach, grapefruit, orange, hints of grass, pine, berries and bready malts. Taste is medium sweet, soft medium bitterness. Finish is sweet with lots of juicy fruits, orange, peach, black berries, soft grassy, piney bitterness with slight pith notes. Medium bodied, soft to average carbonation.
Another great hoppy offering from Kernel with a nice fruitiness on a solid pale maltbase.

Aaaah Kernel, my first contact with IPA beer. The value is still up its name: powerful aroma (mango and some agrume / bitterness) and powerful taste (hops and bitterness). Even with the "best before" date passed for 8 month, this beer is awesome.

Backlog rating. Keg at the brewery tap room, London. It pours a cloudy orange colour with a big white head. Aroma is mostly hoppy, but more spicy than the average IPA. Taste follows the aroma with big hoppy bitterness and some earthy spices. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a very nice IPA
