Draught. Once again Kernel’s IPA with all their quality marks: very hoppy, fruity with piney-citrusy flavour, light sweetness, dry and bitter finish. Refreshing, drinkable, tasty.

30/XII/15 - 33cl bottle from the brewery (London) @ home - BB: 7/II/16, bottled: 7/X/15 (2015-1827) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!

Little hazy (bicycle ride) orange beer, creamy irregular off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit off after pouring, somewhat chemical, cheesy, fades quickly though, luckily. Then pretty sweet, caramel, fruity, malts. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, malty, very fruity, citrus, lychee, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: hoppy, grassy, citrus, lots of malts, some alcohol.

Bottle at tderoeck's place bought at the brewery. Smells a tiny bit muff in the beginning, opens up later on. To give a light metallic, yeasty, citrus, oranges, nice!

Bottle from Cornelius as 6.7%, bottled 2mth ago. Pours clear golden, yeast in the bottle. Nose is caramel, juicy fruits, citrus hops, pine. Taste is fruity, some passionfruit, juicy orange, citrus hops. Again no surprise, in a good way - fresh, balance spot on, tasty and high drinkability.

Pours a glowing, amber-golden color, with a big, froth head. Unleashes a profound dankness on the nose, coated up by grass and a flowery quality. Among that, there are big chunks of juicy orange, backed up by a pleasant lemon crispness. Has a slightly toffee infused bread maltiness to it, adding a ripe peak to the oranges, while yeast adds a nice, sour whiff to the lemon. Has a medium carbonation to it, together with the usual Kernel smoothness, perfectly blending into mellowing bread malts, soothing the fruity hoppiness in this. There is the blend of lime and orange directly from the beginning, among an aqueous softness, together with subtle, dough malts. Brings a pleasant bitterness from the hops early to the palate, while producing a dank juiciness, making the beer utmost easy to drink. At the same time, there is a pungent lime bitterness, especially during the finish, while bready malts cut through only at that stage of drinking, together with its initial softness. A great ipa, everything comes together incredibly well, while showcasing a very convincing flavor profile, in which every ingredient benefits from the other. Very refreshing, soft to the tongue with an artfully composed hoppiness, perfectly integrating all other flavors in the beers taste profile.

Bottle from the Brewery shared at the folks, London - Fuzzy golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is sweet fruity and light malty, light caramel, nice hoppy action, piney herbal hoppy notes into the finish. Gorgeous.

Bottled October 2015, 6.7 ABV. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is peaches, citrus. Taste is sweet peaches, some cat piss, some residual sweetness, bittersweet finish. Feels a bit heavy for the ABV. It?s good though, it has a little kick.

Keg @Craft Brew Co, Clerkenwell. Pours golden, ever-so-slightly hazy white head. Nose is slight wood, big pineapple, big grapefruit. Taste has a touch of orange sweetness at first but then goes into an excellent lingering grapefruit finish, really nice, on eof my favourite kernel’s for sometime.
