Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is slightly weak floral leading to a fresh medium bitter hoppy flavour with some dry spicy pepperness on the palate. A super beer. Drink it fresh as it says on the label!

Bottle shared from Jmgreenuk. Pours cloudy orange with an off white head. Aroma of light fruits, grass, citrus and light sweet malt. Flavor is light moderate sweet and heavy bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Excellent IPA. Centennial hops give a wonderful piney aroma and the beer doesn’t disappoint afterwards. Strong bitterness is balanced with a strong base. Well-made!

Ambarina, turbia, con algo de sedimento.
Buena espuma blanca que aunque tiende a desaparecer deja mancha.
Aromas cítricos y a pino.
Cuerpo medio y moderada carbonatación.
En boca pino, hierba, cítricos y amargor floral.
Regusto amargo y alcohol bien integrado.
Con el frescor característico de las cervezas de The Kernel.

Bottle @ home. Pours a bit flat. Aroma is big fruity hops with some caramel malt note. Flavour is quite bitter of fruity hops, long lingering bitterness, nice malt backing. Great, would be awesome with a bit more carbonation. Too young it almost seems.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy murky orange with a few bubbles for head. Aroma of piney hops, some citrus hops and citrus fruits, some tropical fruits, and some caramel biscuity malts. Flavour is quite fruity, with oranges, pineapple, and citrus fruits, with a little resin. A lot fruitier than the simcoe version. Full-bodied for the style, but not as drinkable as the simcoe. Great stuff

A very good IPA. Their Citra IPA is more my thing but this is also great. Very smooth and rounded with subtle flavours of grapefruit and pine. Very fresh.

Tisztára olyan színe van, mint egy frissen facsart, rostos narancslének. Sűrű, átláthatatlan, habja közepes méretű, tejhabszerű, krémes és közepesen kitartó. Olyan illata van, mintha egy frissen kinyitott komlózsákba szagolnánk bele, nincs benne semmi zavaró mellékaroma, egy kevéske élesztőn kívül. Íze is olyan, mintha egy friss komlótobozt rágcsálnánk el, ami citrusos, igen gyantás, kellemesen , de határozottan keserű. Elég sűrű, de mégsem túl testes, mérsékelten buborékos, abból is az apró, pezsgőszerű van benne. Utóíze igen keserű, fenyőgyantás és száraz. Én még ilyen "igazi" friss komlós ipát nem is ittam, fantasztikus!
