4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a light copper yellow with a large, frothy head which remains for a while. Aroma is pine, spruce, grass, floral and orange marmalade. Taste is orange marmalade, slight caramel sweetness, pine, hop resin and notes of grass as the beer warms in the glass with a moderate bitterness throughout. Mosaic single-hopped IPAs make me feel like I’m in a forest eating toast and marmalade at 0400 on a Friday after taking a wrong turn on the way home from a heavy night on the tree sap.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
330 ml bottle from Les Vignerons (Bottled on 29-04-2015). Dark gold, quite hazy, with a big, fluffy and persistent off white head. Glorious aroma, so fresh and aromatic. I can’t describe everything because it’s both complex and mesmerizing: tropical, dank, juicy, citrusy, herbal and piney, so good, really. Slightly bready/biscuity taste wise, but that’s to be expected. Moderate to high resiny bitterness, clean and lingering with just a mild rooty astringency. Quite dry and refreshing, easy to drink like a <4% beer. Blood orange and grapefruit reminiscence in the aftertaste. Average carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. Oh Kernel, I love you so much.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle picked up from the brewery and enjoyed at home. 6.9% abv. Aroma is simple wonderful. Big bouguet of tropical fruit salad, with lychee, mango and passionfruit and a little citrus edge sharpens it up. Little bready malt note reminds you with a beer. Translucent orange orange coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Flavour is composed of big juicy peach, peach melba, passio fruit, apricot. Super juicy and crushable. Mellow but firm fruity hop bitterness. Palate is creamy grains, a little wheat, moderate carbonation, melts on the tongue.Just superb. Cracking.

Thanks to olliejobbins. Pours a hazy light brown color, with some orange undertone, topped with a decently sized and quite lasting beige colored head. Pleasant fruity aroma, exotic fruits, with some herbal hops notes also easily picekd up. Taste has some initial fruity sweetness, moderate hoppy bitterness in the finish. Short fruity aftertaste which develops into a lasting herbal with some spices. Easily drinkable, perfectly enjoyable.
