330ml bottle from The Beerhive.
Thin bubbly white head, some lacing, cloudy golden body. Good hoppy nose, grass, pine, lemon and grapefruit. Flavour is sweet tropical fruit followed by massive bitterness from the hops, grass, resin, straw. Light bitter hops on the aftertaste. Full mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Immensely drinkable.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled, 330ml from Stirchley Wines & Spirits, Birmingham. Hazy gold with white head. Good fruity but dry malted body carrying the Mosaic hop, seemingly a Citra hop with knobs on. Masses of pineapple and grapefruit, tangy citrus then a lightly acrid pine like flavour just bringing everything back to earth. Good stuff.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: MAR 27, 2014 Mesmerizing that one hop could produce so much complexity. Mango, grapefruit, some floral notes and some nebulous...blueberry??? That’s a first.
Beautifully smooth. Has some herbal notes up front which are consumed by mango and tropical fruits. Some sweet malt in the undergrowth. Finishes with quite a soft bitterness. There’s also a weird minty quality on the back-end. What an individual beer...maybe an individual hop. I’m taking a shot in the dark and deducing that that is why it is named ’mosaic’.
