Pours murky amber with low white head. Aroma of pine, mango, peach, citrus. Taste is medium pine bitter, very balanced, with a light sweetness kicking in just before the lingering bitter finish. Light, very smooth body with soft carbonation.

Murky dull golden, decent head that’s still Sifting around. Nose is big squeaky passionfruit, fleshy blueberry and a dried on peach yogurt buzz. Ridic on fleek. Initial taste is a haunting pepperyness, creamy and grapey at the same time. Carbonation is fairly soft and a grinding but swift mouthfeel. Finishes strongly blueberry yogurt buzz, bootload of dryness and a soft sweet peppery linger. Not quite smash smashy but solid IPA lotion. Bottle, Beer Ritz Leeds. 7% BBF 12.03.16

Aroma: light tropical fruits, mango, light passion fruits, some wine, grapes, grapefruit, light citrus. Appearance: hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: sweets continue, juicy exotic fruits again, mango and passion fruit, bitters coming up, intensifying, biter and dry finish. Overall: very nice IPA, maybe not the Kernel’s best, but very solid, great aroma and palate. Bottle from the brewery, Bermondsey.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como, Bottled 12.11.15, bb 12.03.15, 1 month old
Cloudy dark blond color, a bit dull, with medium head. The aroma is pungent, typical Nelson Sauvin. The mouthfeel is not as dry as it could be; not the best malt backdrop, and it has a bit too much yeast character; but the hop is well present, with bitterness and quality. Compared to the best American IPAs, not clean enough; I would choose a different yeast, less spicy, but at least the hops have been worked on nicely.
Very good beer.

Bottle. It pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is spicy hoppy with notes of cats piss, burned rubber, passion fruit and citrus. Bittersweet spicy hoppy flavor. Great balance.

At the Cock Tavern. Murky orange. Fruity citrus aroma. Grapefruit taste with a good hop bite. Nice bittersweet finish. Perfect pre-school run beer.

Bottle from Ales By Mail. My IPA rating # 500. Pours almost clear golden with a solid creamy white head. Strong aroma of peaches, apricot and passion fruit, lovely, just lovely. Taste has the same footprint as suggested by the aroma, loaded with fruits, mild bitter freshness, marmelade sweet malts, a combination which suits my palate as hand in glove. Thanks to Kernel which provides me with this nectar from Be(e)rmondsey, and also have given me some golden moments with their IPAs .
