Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A cloudy orange amber beer with sweet orange marmalade and tropical fruit flavours followed by citrus fruit on the finish.

At a tasting, thanks Theydon Bois, very hazy and a little light orange colour, aroma of guava,grapefruit and some grass and flowers, flavour of guava, pine, grass, citrus and flowers, strong hoppy bitterness and wonderfully balanced. Excelllent IPA.

Hazed light amber with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates edgeward.
Nose is hops, pine, grapefruit, tropical fruit notes.
Taste comprises grapefruit, mango, orange pith, mineral tones.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish.
Top notch well balanced IPA - quality Kernel fayre!

Bottled 14/02/13. An orange coloured beer with a little whitish head. Nice citrussy hops in the aroma. More peachy than anything. Same in the mouth. A good body with good flavours but it’s not typical Nelson Sauvin. Not as fresh as it should be so the hop notes have doubtless deteriorated but it’s still tasty.

09/02/2013 330ml bottle (thanks Theydon_Bois!). Giallo pallido, leggermente torbida, schiuma leggera e poco persistente. Al naso un magnifico bouquet di frutta, di grande intensità, malto presente ma non invadente, freschissima: fantastica! In bocca conferma le stesse sensazioni, grande equilibrio malto luppolo e ottima freschezza. Corpo medio, carbonazione corretta. Magnifica single hop!

Amber, soft haze, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma of grassy hops and hop resins
Taste of grassy hop intially then some bitter grapefruit zest comes thorough over the top, nice sweet pale usual Kernel malt in background that lets the hops through, dab of alcohol
Palate - Medium carb and body, quite oily. Finish of bitter quite stong geapefruit zesty hop, nice fairly long linger of grapefruit zest
