Shared bottle, courtesy of beer pal, Ole Anders. Clear golden body with a short lived, small, off-white head. Fruity, sweaty cat piss aroma. Bitter and fruity mouth. Medium body. Watery texture, but leaves a dryness on the tongue.

Scopey (9768) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2011
Bottle on a number of occasions (the last being my ECR tasting). It pours hazy golden yellow, with a decent white head. The nose is full of juicy citrus fruits (orange, tangerine and pineapple), grass and cat piss. The taste is orange, sweet tangerine, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, fruit salad sweets, pine, yeast and alcohol warmth, with a big bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Yum.

Bottle at the East Croydon Beer Tasting. Pours cloudy gold with a moderate, white foam head. Citrus, cat pee hops on the nose. Medium sweet flavor, plenty of bitterness, citrus, pine, some yeasty bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good hops to finish, oil and resin, bit of lightly toasted bread, pine, faint honey. Very, very good.

Hazy amber beer, tiny white head. Crispish palate, a little dry. Lovely blend of hops. Grapefruit, sweetish orange with a veritable smorgasboard of subtler flavours comprising raspberry, kiwi and pineapple. Small amount of aniseed. Finishes crisp. A real grown up fruit salad of a beer. Lovely!

Bottle... Hazy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is a mélange of fruity, earthy and musky hops – almost perfumey. Also of note is a whisper of vanilla. Medium-bodied with limp carbonation. The flavor provides a hop characteristic that is similar to Three Floyds Dreadnaught. Obviously, it has less malt and hop intensity as its third cousin twice removed - from Indiana. Crisp, zippy hop finish with a dash of salt. Definitely more hop aroma and flavor here than hop bitterness… which I like. Bottle courtesy of 50belair!

Bottle at home from Kris Wines, London. Poured a hazy amber colour with a lingering off white head. Awesome grapefruit hop in the nose worthy of several big deeep inhales. A clear 10.The fruit and hop character on display in the flavour really is straight out of the top drawer. Just so bloody tasty and drinkable. A superb IPA that I need more of.

27 March 2011, bottle. mildly pink orange colour, hazy, no bubbles (that i can see). wow! amazing nose! five hops makes nose soo diverse; pink grapefruit pulp, sweet fresh squeezed juice concentrate. very citrus but other elements as well. aroma really reminds me of bramling x hops. thin body and slightly creamy and mildly fizzy. i’m really disappointed. nose was amazing, body was ok, taste was pretty good. each was a step down. tastes really great but nowhere what i expected from the nose. not that it is in any way bad. i was just expecting perfection. very stemmy hops. slightly creamy and sweet. really good.

Pours clear amber with small off white head some lace. Aroma is tropical fruity, citric, sweet, slightly soap. Sweet bitter mouthfeel. Flavor is fruity, spicy, peppery, pine, acidy and hoppy. Medium sweet bitter palate. Finishes great hoppy bitter punch
