Bottled 29/10/12. An orange gold coloured beer with no head. Nice fruity hops in the nose. Tangerine and grapefruit citricity. Hops in mouth have a spicy tinge together with the hoppy bitterness. Nice body from the malt but no sweetness. A tasty beer which has a flavour of roses which creeps up on you.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours rusty amber, cloudy because he yeast a bit stirred up, big white foam head. Nose is lots of orange and grapefruit citrous, some underlying mango, and some bread yeast notes. Also spicy. Taste is big orange and grapefruit citrous, tropical fruit, mainly mango, caramel, some almost wheaty malts. Finish has a bit of citrous peel bitter.

330ml bottle (Bacchanalia, Cambridge)
Pours fruity, very aromatic hops. Full palate, nice carbonatin. Lovely attenuatiom, no sweetness or stickiness apart from the fruitiness of the hops and the resiny bitterness of the hops. Good husky bready malts but those hops are really potent and also well balanced. Aromatic, but also brackeny bitterness. This is what IPAs should be like. 330ml was not enough.
