3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle of 33cl, drinked in a Trappist glass; from the fridge.
Yuk. This pale yellow colour beer get a really hard sour taste that she got from the wheat in. The aroma is lightly floral and a little bit sour too.
That beer will seduce her public, but I don’t like it.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bardzo lekkie, czuć odrobinę pszenicę, nikła piana i niskie nagazowanie. Kwaśne, idealne na pobudzenie apetytu i ślinianek przed posiłkiem.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle kindly shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours pale and pretty clear yellow with a rather small white head. Strange almost sulphuric smell is a little disturbing at first. Strange aroma of minerals, sour fruits and berries and some yeasty notes. Lightly sweet and quite sour with some slightly strange fruity and yeasty flavours. Strange, but quite nice. Probably never gonna be a favourite, but still quite interesting.

Aroma light grain and not much else
Taste is sourish with a little bitter and that,s about it
overall very disappointing so called Berliner Weisse
Brewers outside the countries where a style became famous should not try to emulate these beers they often fail like this one

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
2.5% bottle from bottle shop in truro uk. Bottled Sep 2013 drank aug 2014. Pours light clear yellow. Looks like cider. Slight head fades. Nose barnyard and citrus and fruit. Quite sour, tart and sharp. Tastes acidic rather than a fruit sourness but I like it. Worry what it might do to my teeth if I drank lots of it. Tasty and refreshing. A very unusual beer compared to what I'm used to.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330 ml bottle from Les Vignerons (Bottled on 04-09-2013). Very pale canary, yellow, pretty clear, with a small, creamy but non persistent white head. Lots of bubbles streaming up. Subtle but powerful nose: all I can get are wet/old clean diapers, salami meat, some lactic presence, almost woody or leather like notes. Some fruitness in the background, mostly raspberries or sour black cherries. Pretty unique. Holy s*it, it is really sour! Like chewing on a lemon slice. Citric, lemony, sharp and pungent taste. Quite extreme, but at the same time very refreshing and thirst quenching. Extremely dry as well. There is a generic milky/youghurty like sensation in the aftertaste. Average to lively carbonation, light body, slightly creamy texture. My first ever berliner weisse so I didn’t really know what to expect, but I’m pleasently impressed. Nice one.
