330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. 2,5% ABV. BBE 03.09.15. Pours clear light yellowish with a small head. Aroma of sourish wheatiness, hints of gooseberries and grapefruit. Taste is watery, slightly sourish and yeasty with hints of wheatiness and gooseberries. Finish is slightly sour and tartish with hints of fruits. Okay, quite light bodied.

Bottle of 33cl, drinked in a Trappist glass; from the fridge. Yuk. This pale yellow colour beer get a really hard sour taste that she got from the wheat in. The aroma is lightly floral and a little bit sour too. That beer will seduce her public, but I don’t like it.

Bardzo lekkie, czuć odrobinę pszenicę, nikła piana i niskie nagazowanie. Kwaśne, idealne na pobudzenie apetytu i ślinianek przed posiłkiem.

33cl bottle kindly shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours pale and pretty clear yellow with a rather small white head. Strange almost sulphuric smell is a little disturbing at first. Strange aroma of minerals, sour fruits and berries and some yeasty notes. Lightly sweet and quite sour with some slightly strange fruity and yeasty flavours. Strange, but quite nice. Probably never gonna be a favourite, but still quite interesting.

Bottle from Valhallas Goat off sales in Glasgow Pours a very light yellow with virtually no head Aroma light grain and not much else Taste is sourish with a little bitter and that,s about it overall very disappointing so called Berliner Weisse Brewers outside the countries where a style became famous should not try to emulate these beers they often fail like this one

2.5% bottle from bottle shop in truro uk. Bottled Sep 2013 drank aug 2014. Pours light clear yellow. Looks like cider. Slight head fades. Nose barnyard and citrus and fruit. Quite sour, tart and sharp. Tastes acidic rather than a fruit sourness but I like it. Worry what it might do to my teeth if I drank lots of it. Tasty and refreshing. A very unusual beer compared to what I'm used to. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
