Keg at BD Shepard’s Bush. Aroma is bright and sharp raspberry. Some complex grape skin tanin. Really nice fruit in the nose. Bright pink red colour with no head. Attractive nonetheless. Flavour is tart raspberry, wheat grains and low puckering acid. Very well balanced. Again lovely fresh fruit character in the mouth. Very approachable tart character. So so good!

Drank at 2013 Copenhagen Beer Festival. Tasting more like fizzy fruit raspberryade more than beer, but with a health bitter kick in there somewhere. Very quaffable

Draught@Borefts’13: No head, beautiful hazy grapefruit red (pink tints) colored beer. Aroma of raspberry, cotton, yeast, hay, some grains, some corn, tart and so crispy... Flavours of a lovely sourness with raspberries, some wood tint, sweet red fruity chalky something, yeast, some cabbage, grapes, some cherry tints and something crispy that could be a mix of the yeast and sourness... Very nice! Aftertaste is tart, raspberry, yeast, sour, some sweet hay... Hmmmm Low carbo, soft yet sparkling sour ish watery mouthfeel, medium to full bodied and a light watery texture. Wow, another awesome beer! Delicious!

CBC. Hazy pink - red beer, little pink head. Light crispy palate. Good balance of tartness and sourness. The raspberry is quite mild with other fruits coming in. Crisp finish. I don’t normally like something this tart but somehow (and I should not be surprised here) Kernel make it work for me!

At Kernel. It pours hazy rose with a medium white head. The nose is fresh raspberry, strawberry, floral, lemon, white sugar and Parma violets. The taste is smooth, sour raspberry, strawberry, bright tartness, lemon and light vinegar, with a dry, tart finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Great balance and flavour. Utterly drinkable....

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 1. Pours lightly hazy pink with a fine, white cream head. Lovely beer from start to finish. The raspberry is at once fresh and delicate and vibrant. Lightly tangy. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Crisp and clean to finish with mild tartness, fresh raspberry, moderate sweetness. Super drinkable and refreshing.
