Borefts. Pink grapefruit colored with light pink head. Sour raspberry, fruit pits, light dough, bit acidic finish with a touch of herbs. Quite light and dry. Nice stuff

Keg at six degrees north. Pours a pinky red with a light white head which fades. Aroma is mainly raspberry with a nice lemon citrus hit. Taste is a very sour raspberry with again a bitter lemon punch.

Borefts. Pinkish read with beautiful raspberry smell. Lots of sour raspberries in the aroma. Flavor is more sour than raspberry. Good (but notnearly as good as the London Sour Cherry).

Bottle to tulip (thanks Ferris). Bottle is listed as 3%. Looks good; a slightly hazy bright cherry red with light head that dissipates into thin lacing fairly quickly. Smells solid; tart with a strong raspberry presence. Tastes like it smells, but with more balance between the tartness and the fruit. Mouthfeel is pleasantly tart and fairly dry. Awesome juice!

September 6, 2014 - at The Kernel (Bermondsey) - on draught. Oh, what a way to start a drinky drinky day (930 am)! Lovely colour - clear, refractive pale berry red with pinkish head. Smells like lemon, light tannin, and plenty of mixed ripe raspberry and crushed raspberry seeds - the base beer shines right through ... taste follows, but oh my it’s good - lemon, fruit and a hint of salt - no alcohol whatsover, so this is juice, right? Healthy? Shut up. Light body, carbonation and acidity, quick-finishing, just right. Lovely, lovely fruity beer with just the right amount of acidic funk - love it.

2014-09-06. Dark red pink body, with a small pink white head. 3++ Pleasantly sour throughout, refreshingly so, with modest fruit character that comes out in the finish with notes of raspberry and sweeter generic fruit touches. 7++ Aroma is mild but pleasant, dilute raspberry, light vegetation touches. Tasty. Bottle via trade with Ferris.

From tap at brewery. Pours pink with white head. Aroma is full of raspberries, tart, funky. Taste is light sweet, light bitter, heavy sour, raspberries, fruity. Excellent sour, very refreshing, very drinkable, amazing fruit flavour balanced with sourness. This was the first beer at 11:00 am at Kernel brewery. Perfect choice.

Keg. Leeds IBF. 2.5% (I think). Clear, dark pink. Big, pink tinged, white head. Light, dry, yeasty tartness. Hint of red fruit. Taste is light tart. Bone dry. Light, airy palate. Lots of tang. Finishes fruity dry. Ridiculously fresh and tasty. Beautiful.
