Tasting at Maakun’s, bottle shared by me. Niet slecht voor een bier met 2.3%! Super drinkbaar en lekker zuurtje, erg fruitig voor zn abv. Backlog from 2015/10/09.

Bottle shared by Sjogro, 1.5 years past BB date... Slight hazy straw with no head. Sour grains, funk, straw, white grapes and gooseberries. Some funk and hay with a hint of pineapple. Under medium sour. Thin bodied with low carbonation. Very tasty for the low ABV, very well done.

Brown bottle, 330 ml, bottled on 06.02.13, best before 06.02.14, trade with scopey (thank you Paul!), savoured on September 9 2015; eye: bistre, hazy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: acidity, citrusy; mouth: acidity, citrusy, slight lactic, citrusy finale with presence of acidity, light body, below-average carbonation, slick texture; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 330 ml, embouteillée le 06.02.13, meilleure avant 06.02.14, échange avec scopey (thank you Paul!), savourée le 9 septembre 2015; œil : bistre, trouble, pas d’effervescence, pas de mousse, pas de dentelle; nez : acidité, citrique; bouche : acidité, citrique, très léger lactique, finale citrique avec présence d’acidité, corps léger, carbonatation sous la moyenne, texture coulante; en résumé : correct

Keg at the hanging bat, as Burgundy barrel aged, 4.1%. Pours clear yellow, like white wine in fact! Small head. White wine and lactic aromas, similar taste. Yoghurty finish.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with a few bubbles on top. Aroma has wheat, lactic acid, oak, grapes, apple, quince. Low to no carbonation, kinda oily and light mouthfeel. Flavour has solid tartness, citric and lactic, solid oak dryness, some quince and grapes. Lingering wheaty finish.

Bottle. Pale blonde, no head. Oak and lots of white wine in the firm aroma. Sour, dry flavor with apple, oak and white wine. Dry out effect in the aftertaste. Lovely, complex beer.

Tap@Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden pour with thin white head. Sour fruity aroma and taste, acidic, wooden tinged vinous notes, tart on the palate, some orchard fruit in the background. Nice.
