Draught @ CBC2013. Pours hazy pale yellow with a creamy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is crisp and sour with crackers, sour milk, hay, cereal, lemon juice, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is sour with cereal, crackers, sour milk, lemon juice, hay, lemon zest, dry wood and unflavored yoghurt. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, hay, dry wood, lemon juice, heavy sour milk, heavy unflavored yoghurt and hints of cereal. Very nice, would have loved having access to this all summer.

Draught @ CBC 2013: Light yellow coloured. Hazy. Small off white head. Aroma: Grape, sourness, light flowers, spice, Flavour: Quite lactic and sour. Grape, some flowers and vague fruits. Medium bodied. Ends grapy and sour with some lactic acid.

(draught) pours a hazy yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of gooseberries, lemon and lime, heavy kiwi, some vanilla and baking powder. flavour is more gooseberries and kiwi, with notes of bread dough, apple vinegar and a light tartness. light-bodied with lively carbonation.

Pours hazy pale greenish yellow with a big, creamy, staying, white head. Aroma is lactic, apples, grainy wheat, light red grapefruit. Medium carbonation, light and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is tart, lactic, grainy sweet wheat, apples and unripe pear. Nice.

Sampled at CBC 2013. Very hazy pale white - yellow color, small to average sized fair lacing mostly diminishing white head. Smell and taste balanced sourness, green apple, grapepeel and some sour bitterness. Absolutely perfectly balanced. Very nice and refreshing.

On tap at CBC 2013, Saturday evening, hazy pale gold, lemony and sour with a faint hint of cheese, very refreshing.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Hazy pale yellow. Very lactic aroma of yogurt and fruits. Tart lactic fruity flavor. Rather light-bodied. Really tasty and refreshing.

Sample at CBC 2013, Saturday. Hazy pale golden with a small white head. Sourish aroma and taste of vinegar, bread, citrus and some grass. Very refreshing and nicely drinkable.

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Poured a very light yellow. It’s almost a wine colour. The aroma is light and fruity. The flavour is medium sour with loads of pear. It’s like drinking a pear juice if I’m honest. The sourness does not overpower, so if pear juice floats your boat then give it a try.
