Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. Light golden yellow coloured pour, touch of chill haze, with a thin white loose head. Aroma is nice mellon, peach, lychee and some grainy malts. Flavour is mellow, fruity hops with lychee and peach. touch of light grass in the hop character as well. Malts is clean and crisp and get out of the way of the hops. Palate is medium light, touch of sweetness and moderate carbonation. Very drinkable.

Tap at Brewery during RBESG 2014 - golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and grassy, buttery, lovely peach notes, refreshing, nice.

(keg) hazy pale golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of grass and herbal hops, slightly earthy, with a hint of honey and yeast. flavour is more honey, nettles and yeast, slightly minty, with a hint of dried apricots in the finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Six Degrees North @ 5.3%. Poured slightly hazy light orange amber with a small off white froth. Aroma of medium sweet citrus, soft malt. Medium body, quite creamy, flavour is marmalade, passionfruit, papaya, lime. Medium sweet, lightly bitter in the finish.

Sampled from draught @ The Kernel. Slightly unclear yellow golden color, small white head. Aroma is light to moderately malty, grassy hops, slightly hay and slightly fruits. Taste lightly malts, nicely grassy, slightly hayish, nicely bitter. Decent body and carbonation.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Pours murky golden amber, thick white head. Decent pine and citrus nose, light resin. Taste is big bitterness, no real malt presence. Bit too fizzy, bitter finish. OK.

One month old bottle in my back garden. Murky dark honey colour, slightly sparkling, hazy, small white head. Aroma is light sherbet, orange peel. Body is medium, low carbonation. Taste is sweet buttery malts, gooseberry, some lemon, bitter herbs, lager-like finish. Very drinkable on a summer’s day.

Bottle from Beermoth, Sheffield. 5.3%. Murky gold. Film of white head. Peach. Mango. Pink grapefruit. Hint of strawberry. Light, underlying woodiness. Lovely, in fact. Taste is peachy sweet. Light, citric, pithy bitterness. Palate is soft and creamy. Just a little soap on the finish, but still silly easy drinking.
