50cl bottle from the Brewery. It pours a clear golden orange colour with a medium soapy white head. Aroma is grassy, flowery and resiny. Taste is moderately bitter with grass, violets and pine needles. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Overall, a very nice and hoppy pale ale.

Bottle from Beermerchants.com. Pours light hazed golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma is weak, but opens up as the beer warms up, modest citrus and orange peel. Taste is light sweet nutty malts initially, before the hops kick in from the midfield and takes over the show completely, crisp and dry on the palate, with lemon and orange peel bitterness in full attack. Lingering dry and almost astringent bitterness, scores for me. Another wake up call from Kernel.

Bottle at Dean Swift, Tower Bridge, London. Slightly hazy golden beer with a very nice lasting offwhite head. Fruity hop aroma, caramel, grapes, peach, pineapples, citrus, pine needles, dry, perfume, pears, passion fruit, lemongrass, hay, some floral notes. Hoppy metallic flavor, perfume, a bit sharp at first, then turning more balanced with grapes, passion fruits, pineapples, lemongrass, hay, red apples, grapefruit, biscuit, some earthy notes. Nice bitter finish with hay, grapefruit, pineapples and floral notes.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours mostly clear gold with a strong, frothy white head. Lovely snout with some earthy grains, dry pine, pineapple, orange. Medium sweet flavor with somewhat gritty pale malts, a bit of tangy, lightly dried citrus, mild piney bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light dryness to finish, mellow pine bitterness, some tangy citrus and pineapple. Very tasty APA.

500ml bottle off my Mum and Dad for Christmas. Pours clear bronze with a piled, stable white mousse of foam. Blackcurrant/strawberry chew, chlorophyll leafiness, grapefruit and lemon zest, grassy, toasty pale malt nose. Robust, non-specifically tropical, soapy, floral hop flavour with a fresh, botanical, grapefruit bitterness that sticks around. Traces of pale nutty malt in the aftertaste; vintage Cheddar dabbed with lime. Dry and clinging. And as aromatic and dripping with hop as usual.
