Old Fountain Weekend Mini Fest. Clear gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Fresh creamy malt base. Lovely lovely hops - semi sweet floral flavours with a lovely lime and tropical fruit back end. Whisper of pineapple. Finishes semi crisp. Delightful!

Keg @ The Old Fountain. The pour’s deep gold with a small head. The nose is unwashed armpit, tropical undergrowth, sweet syrupy exotic fruit salad. The taste is cotton candy, lemony sock. Sliced watermelon. Delicate salt and chalky mineral. Soft grain. Medium body, a bit prickly on the tongue. Overall, another nice pale from The Kernel!

Keg at The Old Fountain Beer Festival, October 2012. Pours clear gold with a fine, white cream head. Lovely nose, all orange citrus, straw, subtle honey. Light to medium sweet flavor, with lightly sugary citrus, orange and tangerine, dry bread, soft pine. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Medium sweet finish with some dusty straw, dry citrus. Very nice.

Scopey (6136) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 7, 2012
Keg at IndyManBeerCon, 2012. It pours clear golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is orange, sweet tangerine, fresh apricot, faint barnyard and hay. The taste is orange squash, juicy tangerine, pithy grapefruit, passion fruit, earth, straw, hay and light creaminess, with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Smooth, well-balanced and utterly drinkable. Simply delicious!
