3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ Borefts. Aroma is sweaty piney hops. Flavour is again that sweaty hop note dominating, not the regular grapefruity amarillo notes. This just might be the first kernel beer I don’t like. Hmmm...

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Another cracker from Kernel. A lovely biscuity colour with a hint of murk. Not too bitter, quite sweet and syrupy actually. Well balanced, medium body and carbonation, some mango, papaya and lemon ring in aroma, and some light dryness and marmite ish savouriness. Good.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Keg at Bat. Slightly cloudy amber. Thin white head. Juicy mango, pineapple, light grassy nose. Juicy Lilt fruits up front, followed by a big whack of oily resin and a long grassy bitterness. Tastes like a bigger IPA more than a Pale but I’m not complaining!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a cloudy light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is hoppy floral. The flavour is medium bitter and grassy, with some slightly medicinal hoppy bitterness on the palate. A super flavourful and refreshing beer.
