Tap at CBC 2014. Golden in the glass, nice head. Mild hoppy aroma. Starts mild hoppy, fine fruity, hints of lemon, modest sourish. More and more dry-malty, less hoppy. Okay.

Bottle from The Kernel. Colour is pale amber, almost clear, medium foam head. Nose is very citrousy and sherberty, lemon and mainly grapefruit, some vague tropical fruit, standard Kernel pale biscuit and cereal malt. Taste is a bit faded. Thought it would be fruitier but itís more subtle. Grapefruit and bit of lemon, soft citrous with a bit of pine and flinty mineral.

0,33L bottle. Pours golden-amber with off-white head. Aroma is citrus, malt, grapefruit. Flavor is citrus, grapefruit, malt, and some biscuity notes. Palate is a little bit watery, but gets better as it warms up. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: decent brew.

330ml bottle (Pudel Baar, Tallinn)
Lovely fruity aroma, plenty of mango. You can smell itís got more bitter hops too though. Fairly pale, just a hint of a haze as I let it settle and poured carefully. Tiny loose head. Refreshing palate, feels a little watery, but itís a hot evening so thatís not a problem. The flavourís full though, so itís not weak, and definitely doesnít taste watery. Simple pale malts, and a ton of mango fruity hops, some slight caramelly sweetness. Finish pleasantly bitter, just a tiny little peppery tingle, and some resininess - leaves your hop-buds, sorry taste buds, clamouring for another sip. Massive drinkability, great balance, basically just what I want from an IPA.

Shared by matjoobolut, thanks! Murky amber, white head. Nose is creamy graepfruity-piney-peachy hops, malt tones, sweetness. Flavor is malt, grass, some sweetness. Hops in the dry finish along with fruity and herbal notes. Pretty decent.

Bottle at home probably picked up from the brewery. Aroma is floral citrus, with some fruits like peach and lychee. Some carbonation on the nose as well. A golden / light orange pour with only a slight haze. Nice lasting thin white head. Flavour is medium dry base malts with a slight cereal grain drying things out. Hops are more grassy than the aroma lets on, with lemon grapefruit lingering in the finish. Bitterness packs a sizeable punch, but fairly balanced with the malt, and a slight grassy veg roughness to the bitterness. Palate is slightly thin, grainy tanin on the tongue and moderate carbonation. Lingering grapefruit / orange bitterness. Solid APA.

Keg at CASC. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, pine, biscuit, dough, playdough and tropical fruits. The taste is bitter, pine needles, grapefruit, biscuit, lemon meringue, pepper, dough and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent Kernel pale, but it doesnít blow my socks off.
