Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Cloudy, pale orange colour. Thin, broken, white head. Orange juice. Grapefruit. Some grassiness. Taste is chalk dry. Light herb. Bitter, light astringent finish. Love how Kernel beers like this are so stupid easy to drink.

Aroma of grassy hops, tropical fruit, citrus, lemon. Flavour is light fruity, hoppy, with a medium bitter aftertaste. Very refreshing, not the most intense in aroma, but very fresh and drinkable.

Keg at the brewery. Colour is orange amber , medium fluffy white head. Nose is orange and grapefruit citrous, flinty mineral, pine. Taste is orange and grapefruit pith, flinty and chalky minerals, soft earthy. It’s a less fruity hop with earthier character.

caesar (4946) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - MAR 14, 2014
Bottled, dated 12.02.14 BB 12.06.14 at 5.2%, large sample. Slight hazy golden color, short slight off-white head. Aroma of fresh grassy and flowery hops, hint of citrus. Like opening a sealed bag of hops for brewing. Medium bitter in taste, slight biscuity malt, citrussy, grassy and a bit piney bitterness. Lovely stuff, which makes the hop shine. Great for homebrewers as well, to learn the hops.
