UPDATED: AUG 25, 2014 5.3% version, bottled 22/07/14. Bottle from BottleDog, London, drank at home.Delicious aroma of citrus, resin, pine, and some light hay maltiness. Burnished gold, clear, with minimal quickly-dissipating off-white head. Medium sweet then plenty of lasting bitterness. Medium body, creamy, soft carb/almost flat (like well-conditioned cask ale), long bitter finish.Overall, what would have been a really solid effort for a single hop APA is spoiled somewhat by being flat. I guess it?s about expectations; had I ordered it off a handpull it would?ve been different.

Bottled. Pours deep golden with an average off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon and pine. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carb. An excellent IPA.

Aroma: bread and light caramel malts. Appearance: light gold, no head. Taste: medium bitter, some sweetness. Palate: getting even more bitter in the long finish. Overall: nice APA, maybe a bit on the bitter side. Pint at the Lazy Fox, Fulham. (NB: this clearly stated 5.6% on the clip, and did not mention any Citra, just Chinook)

Color cobrizo pálido, espuma blanca. Aromas lupulados y cítricos. En boca es ligera y fresca con una entrada suave y un final cítrico yunido a un amargor lupulado muy equilibrado. Un buen trago.

Bottle. Orange body, lasting white head. Aroma of orange and pine, caramel. Taste is pretty hoppy, pine and fruit, high bitterness, softened by a caramel toffee sweetness. I love chinook, though I don’t always like it as a single hop in a hoppy beer, but considering that this is a pretty decent brew.

Retro review Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with white head, grassy and citrus aroma, citric hop forward taste with some mandarin, quite a silky resinous mouthfeel.
